Events Project Manager
The Events Project Manager plans, manages, and executes Chamber events and programs to maximize the overall brand experience. This position requires superior organization skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to manage their time effectively to meet multiple deadlines. This position is a member of the Marketing and Events team, which is responsible for managing over 150 events and programs annually.
Executive Director – Silent Observer
The Executive Director is the main contact for the Silent Observer Program. The Executive Director provides support to the Silent Observer program and has primary responsibility for working with law enforcement agencies, administering day-to-day operations, public relations, initiating new programs and partners, and working with the Silent Observer Board of Directors.
Finance and Operations Assistant
The Finance and Operations Assistant is responsible for assisting with all areas of finance. This individual is also responsible for actively managing our member database to ensure accuracy and assisting the Vice-President of Finance and Operations on projects related to Information Technology, Human Resources and Facilities. It is a great opportunity for a finance mind to experience the operations side of the business.
Marketing and Events Coordinator – Family Business Alliance
The Marketing and Event Coordinator for Family Business Alliance is responsible for providing executive, marketing, event and general office/administrative support. In addition to event coordination and marketing, will also perform duties including maintaining membership database, scheduling, and working on special projects. This position requires superior organizational skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively to meet multiple deadlines.
Membership Engagement Manager
This position is responsible for managing current and future Chamber membership accounts, including membership dues, advertising and membership engagement. This position is a vital member of the Chamber’s Member Engagement team to expand and diversify the funding base to support the organization’s impact.
