Retail Retention & Attraction Specialist
The Retail Retention & Attraction Specialist is responsible for implementing and guiding the Grand Rapids Retail Retention & Attraction Plan. This position will pursue, educate and encourage local, regional, national, or entrepreneurial, and independent retail businesses to locate in downtown Grand Rapids and surrounding neighborhoods. This individual will also facilitate the retention of existing retailers and connect them to tools and resources for support. Such a position will require a clear message, appropriate support and marketing tools, a healthy and collaborative working relationship with the commercial real estate community and all the entrepreneur support organizations in the region. This is a 12 month grant funded position with a possibility to renew.
Membership Engagement Manager
This position is responsible for managing current and future Chamber membership accounts, including membership dues, advertising, and membership engagement. This position is a vital member of the Chamber’s Member Engagement team to expand and diversify the funding base to support the organization’s impact.
