As a champion for a diverse and inclusive community, the Chamber is proud to provide OutPro: An LGBT professionals group that can serve as both a resource to employers and employees as well as an affinity group for the LGBTIA+ community.
OutPro promotes a welcoming culture in the West Michigan community and offers social and professional networking opportunities throughout the city. OutPro events are attended by professionals at all career levels, representing a diversity of corporations, small businesses, and public and non-profit organizations.
March event – Unscramble the Scrabble: LGBTQIA+ 101
The March OutPro event will provide a safe space for attendees to gain an awareness and understanding of the unique challenges faced by the LGBTQIA+ community. This event will feature a panel discussion and an opportunity for attendees to ask questions. Whether you are an ally, an HR professional, or simply looking to learn more, this event is for you!
