Calling all contractors! Join us at The Mitten Brewing Co. for an afternoon of safely connecting with peers and gaining potential business referrals. We will welcome Jeremiah Gracia, Economic Development Director for the City of Grand Rapids, who will provide an overview of the city’s inclusion plan. The Grand Rapids Chamber will provide appetizers and one drink ticket per registrant.

Jeremiah Gracia, CEcD
Economic Development Director, City of Grand Rapids

Jeremiah leads the implementation of the city’s equitable economic development plan, manages real estate development relationships, engages in critical external local, regional and statewide partnerships, and participates with teams that are responsible for placemaking in business districts.

He has 15 years of economic development experience and, most recently, served as Senior Economic Development Administrator for the city of Dublin, Ohio — a suburb of Columbus. There, he focused on business retention and expansion programs, domestic and international business attraction, and managing the deployment of Dublin’s fiber optic system.

Before joining the city of Dublin, Gracia worked for the Findlay-Hancock County Alliance and rose to the rank of Vice President of Business Development. He has a bachelor’s degree in political science and ethnic studies and a master’s degree in public administration from Bowling Green State University.
