Create Great Community: OutPro
Navigating the workforce for anyone, especially in today’s climate, is fraught with anxiety. This is even more so the case for LGBTQIA+ individuals. As companies face staffing challenges and changing priorities among the workforce, creating a safe and inclusive work environment has become vital for organizational success.
With employee wellness being top of mind for many employers, this OutPro event will focus on how business leaders can create an inclusive workplace for existing and future employees. We’ll also tackle tough questions like: what are the biggest challenges and anxieties facing LGBTQIA+ individuals today, and how do business leaders address these in order to set their organizations up for long-term success?
