Create Great Inclusion: Inclusion Institute
The Chamber Inclusion Institute is a 21st century workshop learning experience based on the Institute for Healing Racism. It is designed to give participants tools to enhance their capacity to engage in conversation about racial equity, race, racism, and through an intersectional lens.
Participants will experience an adult learner developmental approach first starting by exploring their own identity, thoughts, feelings. Explore the various dimensions of race, racial equity and inclusion, and end by developing and implementing a 21-day action plan.
Most importantly, each participant is challenged to listen and learn in a in a non-judgmental way that promotes greater awareness and understanding that motivates movement towards greater inclusion.
At the end of this program, participants will receive a certificate of completion.
