EOS Talks: An Introduction to the Entrepreneurial Operating System
“What the heck is EOS?”
EOS, or the Entrepreneurial Operating System, provides simple concepts and practical tools to help businesses produce real, permanent change. With every member of your team accountable for a handful of goals and numbers, you’ll get consistently better results.
Designed for those interested in implementing, those who have tried to implement without success, or those who are in the process of self-implementing, this workshop will provide the tools to help guide your company to a successful launch of EOS. Peer connections, conversations, and access to a certified EOS implementer are included with every event!
Wednesday, May 19
