Cascading EOS to Your Organization
Each quarter, the Chamber hosts a meet-up to dive deeper into one of the components of the Entrepreneurial Operating System. Businesses utilizing EOS and those looking to implement are provided the opportunity to connect with peers while gathering a deeper understanding of best EOS practices.
The power of EOS lies in achieving the right people in the right seats rowing in the same direction. A key part of that is cascading the tools and practices of EOS to your organization to ensure everyone is using the tools of EOS effectively. In this workshop, we will review the key tools and practices that need to be cascaded and share some best practices for cascading EOS effectively. As a bonus, Scott will share the two most overlooked practices in making EOS continue to work well throughout your organization.
