EOS Quarterly Meet-Up: Cracking the Code on Team Health
Each quarter, the Chamber hosts a meet-up to dive deeper into one of the components of the Entrepreneurial Operating System. Businesses utilizing EOS and those looking to implement will be provided with an opportunity to connect with peers while gathering a deeper understanding of best EOS practices.
This quarter’s session will focus on cracking the code on team health. When there is an absence of team health, it’s like looking at an insurmountable climb to success. Ken Bogard, Certified EOS Implementer at Know Honesty, will break down his experience in the session room and simplify the must-haves for team health.
