Erin and Mita both decided to leave their “safe” corporate roles to pursue entrepreneurship, a decision rooted in authenticity and a fierce commitment to core values. Her extensive background in coaching leaders and individual contributors has given her the experience and insight needed to transform individual contributors into leaders and existing leaders into the best leaders they can be. Mita is known for her ability to support leaders in identifying and minimizing internal barriers that prevent them from providing maximum impact in their roles.
