Mita Fitzjohn | Career and Leadership Coach, Mita Fitzjohn Coaching

Having worked in corporate America for over 25 years, Mita Fitzjohn understands the critical role that leaders of all levels, play in the success of an organization. Her extensive background in coaching leaders and individual contributors has given her the experience and insight needed to transform individual contributors into leaders and existing leaders into the best leaders they can be. Mita is known for her ability to support leaders in identifying and minimizing internal barriers that prevent them from providing maximum impact in their roles.
