Crystal Flash has been a member of the Grand Rapids Chamber for many years and takes advantage of many of the programs that the Chamber offers, including participating in multiple roundtable groups, attending various annual conferences, and actively engaging with the Government Affairs team. Working closely with the Government Affairs team, the Chamber has helped us build connections with elected officials at the local, state, and federal level. I have no doubt that Crystal Flash’s visibility and ability to be heard by elected officials is due to the Chamber’s connections and assistance, and because of this the Grand Rapids Chamber is one of the most important association memberships that Crystal Flash has.

The Mosaic Business Collective is a professional group within the Grand Rapids Chamber that promotes a welcoming culture in the West Michigan Community for owners, c-suite leaders and executives from underrepresented groups. The Mosaic Business Collective offers opportunities for education and networking with an emphasis on civic engagement & advocacy, capacity building, and growing personal and professional networks.
The Mosaic Business Collective encourages the representation of business owners and company decision-makers from underrepresented minority groups of all professional backgrounds, including corporations and small businesses from all industries.
