The Chamber Open

A BIG thank you from the Chamber to all who golfed, sponsored, volunteered and donated prizes for the 2010 Chamber Open! Although the weather for the June 15 golf outing was soggy and in the 60s, a rainy start didn’t dampen spirits of those in attendance. A great day on the links at Egypt Valley Country Club was had by all!

We also extend a special thank you to our emcee, The Honorable Sara Smolenski, the members of the Chamber Open Committee and all who volunteered at the event.

New for 2010, the sponsors had a game of their own – competing for the "Best Game/Theme" and "Standout Sponsor" awards, voted on by the golfers. And the winners on the Ridge Course were Grand Connection Inc./SMG for Best Game/Theme and Weather Shield Roofing Systems for Standout Sponsor. On the Valley Course, Baker, Spindler, Holtz – CPAs and Advisors took both awards!

Congratulations also to the winning foursomes: Joseph Belsito, Brian Jepson, Brian Pearson and Michael Hanson on the Ridge Course and Brandon Graetz, Eric Wendlandt, Bruce Fritsma and Jon Richie on the Valley Course.
