Modeled after innovative programs in other U.S. cities, the Chamber’s Partnership for a Sustainable Community was established to focus the Grand Rapids business community on voluntary solutions that will preserve the environment and promote energy efficiency . This new venture is a unique opportunity for Grand Rapids to garner recognition as a leader in the green movement that is taking place all over the country.
