The Counselors to America’s Small Businesses (SCORE) has more than 20 counselors who provide free and confidential business advice to any entrepreneur or business owner in Kent County or the surrounding area – in person, by phone or via e-mail.
SCORE also offers low-cost business workshops that provide an overview to starting and planning a business. The workshops cover researching business ideas, analyzing the competition, deciding on which type of business entity to create and, most importantly, creating a business plan. Our SCORE counselors have many years of experience as managers, business owners, and senior level executives in major corporations. Whether assistance is needed in finance, human resources, sales, marketing, manufacturing, retail or any number of areas, SCORE counselors can help.
