Consumers Energy is helping Michigan build a new path to a better economic future for the state’s small- and medium-sized businesses through the Pure Michigan Connect initiative. Over the next five years, Consumers Energy will increase its spending with Michigan-based suppliers by $250 million, or $50 million a year, as part of a new effort to attract and expand business opportunities throughout the state.
On November 15, the Chamber and Consumers Energy will present a "Meet the Buyer" breakfast intended to connect our small- and medium-sized members to new business opportunities. Quinton Guinn, Manager of Contract Administration, will be leading the discussion on how to get more involved with Consumers Energy. This event will bring purchasers from Consumers Energy together with potential vendors to share what products and services they buy and how their purchasing processes work.
