CEO Roundtable Program

Provides structured discussion groups of 10-12 business executives. Participants gather on a monthly basis in a confidential setting to discuss issues affecting their businesses. The groups offer suggestions and innovative solutions by drawing on their combined knowledge and experiences.

West Michigan World Trade Association

The WMWTA is dedicated to maintaining West Michigan’s competitive edge in the global business community. The association achieves that goal by providing various forums for business executives to share expertise and further refine their skills in international trade and investment.

SCORE

Offers low-cost business workshops that provide an overview to starting and planning a business. The workshops cover researching business ideas, analyzing the competition, deciding on which type of business entity to create and, most importantly, creating a business plan. Our SCORE counselors have many years of experience as managers, business owners, and senior level executives in major corporations. Whether assistance is needed in finance, human resources, sales, marketing, manufacturing, retail or any number of areas, SCORE counselors can help.

Family Business Alliance

The Family Business Alliance (FBA) is a partnership of the Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce and the Seidman College of Business at Grand Valley State University. We are dedicated to strengthening the profitability, progress and continuity of West Michigan’s family businesses.
