Secure Your Food OR Retail Booth for Taste of the Chamber 2010

Taste of the Chamber 2010 is set for Monday, October 18. It’s everything you could ever want in a networking event: friendly folks who want to do business and tasty sample-size food that you can enjoy all evening long! The Chamber estimates approximately 35 businesses will participate in the gathering at the DeltaPlex Arena & Conference Center from 4:30 – 7:30 p.m.

Considering having a booth? Below are some specifics!
Exhibitor Information for FOOD and RETAIL BOOTHS:
- Only Chamber members in good standing are eligible to exhibit
- Booth fee includes four free passes (value of $10 each) for your employees and clients
- Booth size is 8’ x 10’ and Includes exhibit draping (8’ back, 3’ sides), one 2’ x 8’ covered/skirted table, two chairs, one waste basket
- You may bring additional tables, chairs, etc. or they can be ordered at an additional cost
- Electricity is available for an additional fee of $35 for 110v
- FOOD BOOTH: Cost is $65. We ask that you prepare 300 ‘taste’ size samples for attendees. If you will be cooking food onsite, you will need a license from the Kent County Health Department
- RETAIL BOOTH: Cost is $95. New for 2010, we welcome Chamber member retailers to showcase their offerings. We welcome cash and carry, but you must supply your own method of payment (i.e. credit card machine)

A Night on the Town with MAP and the Grand Rapids Ballet
