The Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce three staff promotions and the addition of two new hires to its team.
Andy Johnston has been promoted to Vice President of Government and Corporate Affairs, which includes new responsibilities for developing corporate engagement in the Chamber in addition to continuing to lead the Chamber’s advocacy efforts. Mark Allen has been promoted to Senior Director of Membership Development where he will oversee the membership development team in addition to focusing on his current member engagement, growth, and retention responsibilities. Latricia Trice has also been promoted to Senior Director of Marketing and Communications, where she will continue to grow the strategic direction of Chamber marketing and communications while managing the marketing department.
In addition to staff promotions, the Chamber is welcoming two new faces to the membership development team. After debuting as an events intern, Tori Bennett has joined the staff full-time as Membership Development Coordinator; she will focus on assisting and maintaining the Chamber’s current members through ongoing education and communication while also providing additional administrative support to the sponsorship team. The Chamber also welcomes Desiree Reed has our newest Membership Development Representative, who will be sharing the benefits, services and programs of the Chamber to prospective members and assisting West Michigan businesses as they become new members.
