Secretan’s latest best-seller is his masterwork and will be signing his book during the event.
Secretan is the former CEO of a Fortune 100 company, a university professor, an award-winning columnist and author of 15 books about leadership, emphasizing the connection between high performance and inspiring the heart, mind and soul. Secretan’s keynote address will look at community leadership as a way to bring business leaders together and inspire action as we continue to build a magnetic community in Grand Rapids.
Prior to the Annual Meeting, Secretan will also be offering an afternoon workshop focused on developing personal leadership. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about his CASTLE® principles of leadership—Courage, Authenticity, Service, Truthfulness, Love and Effectiveness. They will also discover their personal level of inspiration—what Secretan calls your “Why, Be, Do” to help people live and lead to their full potential. He will coach workshop attendees on raising performance with relationships and a values-centered approach to leadership.
