Ambassadors Club

Ambassadors Club members serve as liaisons between the Chamber and its members by personally visiting and calling their peers. Through their efforts, Ambassadors help fellow members engage in the programs, events, and money-saving opportunities that help them make full use of their membership. They also attend and aid Chamber staff at our various networking and Ribbon Cutting events.

Ambassador of the Month

The Chamber extends thanks and congratulations to the June 2010 Ambassador of the Month, Cindy Locklin, President/CEO of Busy Bea's Services, Inc.!

Cindy Locklin is a Grand Rapids Chamber Ambassador and owns Busy Bea’s Services, a commercial janitorial company. She loves being an Ambassador because of all the people she meets and she loves to network to help others and be the “go to” person. She also loves the exposure that has led to additional business.

Cindy’s company is all about the Triple Bottom Line. Her company strives to be environmentally friendly in every facet, embrace corporate social responsibility and diversity. Since joining the Ambassadors Club this spring, Cindy has been the Ambassador of the Month twice!

Interested in becoming an Ambassador?

A potential Ambassador must be a current employee of a member in good standing with the Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce. The potential Ambassador must have a good mix of event participation for the past six months.
